folia is a cycle tracking app available at usefolia.app. We are a sole trader based in Manchester, England. You can contact us at privacy@usefolia.app.

What data we collect

At this stage, the only data we collect is your email address when you join the waitlist. We collect this so we can contact you when folia is ready for beta users.

We do not collect any other personal data through this website. We do not use cookies or analytics trackers on this page.

How we use your data

Your email address is used only to:

• Send you a confirmation that you've joined the waitlist
• Notify you when folia is available for beta access
• Occasionally share product updates before launch

Who we share it with

We use Resend to send transactional emails. Your email address is transmitted to Resend solely for this purpose. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any other third party.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until folia launches and you either create an account or ask us to remove you. If folia does not launch, we will delete all waitlist data.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@usefolia.app and we will respond within 30 days.

To unsubscribe from waitlist emails, reply to any email we send you with "unsubscribe" and we will remove you promptly.

Legal basis

We process your email address on the basis of your consent, given when you submitted the waitlist form. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us.
